HD remakes are absolutely everywhere nowadays, the games companies are cashing in on nostalgia and for the most part it’s good (exception of Mario’s 1,000,000th remake with Wii Functionality…). With Metal Gear Solid, Zone of the Enders and Silent Hill getting remakes from the Konami camp, I thought I’d delve into five games from the past that I feel deserve hi-definition updates to bring them back into gamers lives.
E3 is that time of year where gamers glue themselves to their computers, smartphones or even their carrier pigeons to find out that very latest about the next step developers are taking to bring new and exciting games to your hands, eyes, ears and mind. But at the moment, with all the buzz about your Playstation Vitas and your Nintendo Wii-Us it is understandable that just a few things might have slipped under the radar this early into the week long festivities. I delve in and track down these rogue bits and bobs, so you don’t have to miss a damn thing.
Finally, Del Toro and THQ have announced at the VGA’s what is set to be the first of a trilogy of games, the first of which is set for release in 2013.

100%, the completed game, seeing that little icon on your completed games list. I’ve touched on this subject briefly in previous posts. I know a lot of people who go for this, myself being one of them with certain games.
